ADP employee experience shown across desktop and mobile

Consistency needs an operating model.

At ADP, design-system work meant more than publishing a library of components. Teams needed reusable foundations, adoption practices and guidance that could support consistent decisions in their daily work.

Direct the system and its adoption.

As Director of Design Systems / Product Design, I directed system strategy, reusable components and adoption practices supporting a broad UX organization.

Shared foundations, useful guidance.

Reusable components, templates and UX conventions formed the foundation. Governance and adoption practices helped connect those foundations to the way designers and developers worked.

Help people find the right next step.

I also helped design an AI-assisted guidance experience for locating relevant answers, patterns and subject-matter experts. This is a description of the design scope; measured adoption and productivity improvements are not established in the supplied materials.
